Red Lion Foods gives VIP Six Nations Tickets to Tickets For Troops.
TICKETS FOR TROOPS is delighted to announce that Red Lion Foods are supporting members of the Armed Forces and their families by donating 120 tickets to all three of Wales’ RBS Six Nations home fixtures at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff.
They are: Wales v Scotland, 12th February, Wales v Italy, 10th March and Wales v France, 17th March 2012
Red Lion Foods has also invited the troops and their families to an exclusive pre- match three-course silver service meal at the Park Plaza hotel where guest speakers Gavin Hastings and Paul Thorburn will reflect on highlights from their careers and offer expert insight into the match.

Red Lion Foods is a food company which donates 100% of their post-tax profits to various UK Armed Forces charities and causes, including the Royal British Legion, Help For Heroes and SSAFA (Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association and has raised over £650,000 towards these causes.
Founder of Red Lion Foods, Andrew Gidden, said “Our aim is to raise millions of pounds by giving every person in the UK the chance to say thank you to our Armed Forces and their families every day. Through our strong business relationship with local Welsh rugby clubs, we are donating tickets for the 6 Nations which is another small way of thanking the servicemen and women who make huge sacrifices on our behalf.”

Tickets For Troops was set up in 2009 to provide members of the Armed Forces with free tickets for major sporting events, theatre performances, music concerts and cultural attractions. Since launching, the charity has been donated over 260,000 tickets and over 110,000 troops have registered on the website www.ticketsfortroops.org.uk Tickets For Troops has been supported by a wide range of organisations and has been able to offer free tickets to a huge number of high profile events;recently these have included tickets for Champions League football matches, Billy Elliot The Musical and The Brit Awards 2012 as well as The Olympics and Premier League football matches and England matches.
