We are a small group of people with backgrounds in the food industry who are passionate about what we do. Our aim is to give everyone the chance to buy great quality food at affordable prices. We also want to make a significant contribution to forces' charities and causes to help service personnel, past and present. We've chosen a number of charities that we would like to help every day. 100% of our post tax profits are used to help forces' charities and causes.

Q. Which charities and causes are you supporting?

We will be supporting the Support our Soldiers, The Soldiers Charity, Gurkha Welfare Trust, Help for Heroes, Sir Oswald Stoll Foundation and Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA). Currently we have raised over £900,000 for these charities.

Help for Heroes = 10%
Sir Oswald Stoll Foundation = 5%
Support our Soldiers = 5%
Force Select = £50k
An independent committee made up of supplier partners, retailers and distinguished personnel will award the remaining 40% based upon the specific needs and projects of these charities and causes.

Q. I am in the armed forces / was in the armed forces. Can I apply for these funds?

We are donating to forces charities not to individuals, so you will probably benefit from one of these. However we will look at individual cases on an ad hoc basis.

No, Red Lion Foods is not a charity trying to produce food or a one-off promotion by a charity, we are a food brand making a contribution to charities and causes.
